Responsibilities
- Manage feedback, queries and resolve complaints from public in a tactful and professional manner
- Develop and execute plan to promote good community relations through outreach activities and events for the community to advise and update public on construction progress and expected inconvenience during the project which includes develop and prepare letters, notices and newsletters to keep the community and residents informed of key project milestones and developments that impact them while working closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints
- Manage feedback, suggestions and complaints and follow up with remedial action
- Prepare updates and respond to client’s requests for information about project status
- Implement Project Document Management System and processes in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with project document formats and requirements.
- Establish and maintain a correspondence system.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Public Relation/Communications or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in document control position in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point), Adobe Acrobat
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
