Performs routine task on any Onboarding stages

  • Has the mastery on at least 1 Onboarding stage and knowledgeable on any onboarding stages
  • Can work independently and able to adapt easily on task rotation activities
  • Can manage stakeholders’ management
  • Can handle process improvement projects but requires support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related course

At least 1 year work experience in HR Onboarding or equivalent.

Willing to work onsite (Spark & Vertis)

Residing within QC or other near areas

Good communicator (Oral and written)

Engaging personality is a plus

With experience in end-to-end 201 file managemet
