ADMIN ASSISTANT **WHO WILL:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical task
- Provide support to our managers, employees, & assisting in daily office needs.
- Managing company’s general administrative activities.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operation of our office.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to organize work using MS tools & other office equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer, direct phone calls & maintain contact list
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
- Can drive a car incase of outside meetings (car provided by the company)
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Assist BIR filling, quarterly and annual report
- Maintain and update filing an inventory
- Monthly contribution, Government remittance, sss, Philhealth and Pag ibig HDMF
- Prepare employee compensation Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile accounts
- Prepares progress billing and invoices
- Assist payroll preparation
- Perform administrative tasks, filing, reporting, and minor office cleaning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
