ADMIN ASSISTANT **WHO WILL:

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical task
  • Provide support to our managers, employees, & assisting in daily office needs.
  • Managing company’s general administrative activities.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operation of our office.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to organize work using MS tools & other office equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer, direct phone calls & maintain contact list
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Can drive a car incase of outside meetings (car provided by the company)
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Assist BIR filling, quarterly and annual report
  • Maintain and update filing an inventory
  • Monthly contribution, Government remittance, sss, Philhealth and Pag ibig HDMF
  • Prepare employee compensation Receiving and recording vouchers, cash, and checks
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile accounts
  • Prepares progress billing and invoices
  • Assist payroll preparation
  • Perform administrative tasks, filing, reporting, and minor office cleaning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
