Job Description Summary
HR Officer - Training, HRBP
Routine Tasks:
Plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate, technical, non-technical and self / career development training programs for all employees.
Responsible for new employees Orientation Program for the whole plant - Coordinate NEO schedule and flow, facilitate GMP
Verify monthly report of training programs for management review.
Train and monitor GMP requirements for the whole plants
To oversee and performs the training tasks and function as describe in BOP
Annual Training Plan
- Compile and analyze all the information given by department managers and propose the Annual Training Plan
Coordinate and execute training plan - Periodic Training, C2C, ATP, HRDF(Grant/Claim), Training File, Training Evaluation
Prepared training manual for training program
Carry out all other activities / assignments as and when required by the UM/HRM
Training Evaluation - Pre and Post Evaluation Training
Document Training Record
Procedure Update as CR Coordinator
HR Representative for Quality Audit, BSI/Customer audit, FDA Audit, Line Audit, 5S Audit, Corporate audit
