- Monitor and ensure update of all inbound (FORECASTS) and outbound (ORDERS) pre-alerts into WMS system accurately and timely.
- Monitor and ensure all transactional details (tally sheet updated and amended in system-generated documents) accurately and timely.
- Involve in all cycle count, internal stock take, auditor stock take, periodical stock take and cycle count as advised by the superior i.e.
- Responsible to generate all reports as and when required by the superior and the customers/customs accurately.
- Monitor and ensure all supporting document for billing purposes (e.g. Customer’s DO, Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing List, etc.) in order.
- Advise and assist the superior immediately on any system malfunction/problems.
- Comply with the organization’s health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and FSMS policy, maintain and continually improve the HSEQ management system.
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
