Responsible for providing efficient and effective administration and securing admission of children
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential parents 2. Maintain records asrequired in line with company policy
Organize and manage the admissions’ process from enquiry to entry 4. Oversee the data base and prepare analysis of data
Provide regular updates and prepare admissions reports for Management 6. Arrange and organize tours from inquiries to booking.
Maintain up-to-date liststo ensure accurate information is available on class sizes,space and ratios
Maintain up-to-date admissions literature and information for website 9. Assist and promote events
Maintain communication with parents notifying them of any updates or reminders for the center
Meet and greet customers, suppliers and guests
Ensure secure entry and exit of visitors,staff and parents
Answer phone in a pleasant and courteous manner
Ensure that the health and safety of the children is maintained at all times in keeping with the child protection and safety policy.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service
Experience using databases to maintain detailed records
Experience working in an office environment
Experience working with children or in childcare industry
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to plan workloads and set priorities
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment
