Must-Have:
- 2-3 yrs experience in the Customer Service Industry
- Customer Support experience
- Excellent English grammar [written/oral]
- Knowledge of Google Spreadsheets
- Computer Savvy
- Able to multi-task
- Reliable internet + backup
- Quality headset with w/noise canceling feature
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Quiet space to work remotely
