Knowledgeable in electrical, building maintenance, stp (sewage treatment plant), plumbing, or heat pump

Will be responsible in all fixing, repair, and /or installations of the building
Will assist in setting-up of lights and sound, etc. during events held in function halls
Maintain and monitor electrical, structural plumbing, fire protection, heat pump ,gen set and STP maintenance
Background in aircon maintenance and/or STP is an advantage
Background in light and sounds for events is preferred
Must be willing to learn and be trained
Must be honest, resourceful and has initiative
HS Grad or college undergrad or with vocational diploma
Rotational schedule - 6AM-2PM; 2PM-10PM; 10PM-6AM
6 day work week, 1 day-off per week, with work during holidays
