Our client one of the well known, well established, biggest agri-food business company is looking for sales executives for its F&B products in FMCG sector.
Position: Sales Executives
Location: Dubai
Sector: FMCG (own F&B products)
Monthly Salary - AED 7000 (includes basic, housing & transport allowances) + sales incentives (performance based)
Reporting to Sales Supervisor on daily sales activities as per company reporting formats.
Ø Achieve monthly assigned value and volume target.
Ø Expand width and depth of distribution.
Ø Builds business by developing relationships and service to customers
Ø Merchandising products with an objective of increasing visibility on shelf and off shelf (chilled & ambient locations)
Ø Ensure 100% collection as per agreed sales and collection norms of the company
Ø Negotiation of sales and visibility contracts.
Ø Convince the customers on yearly targets
Ø Follow the assigned route plan.
Ø Orders/ LPO to be send as per specified norms
Ø Daily Sales reports to be send after the route visits.
Ø Productivity norms and standards to be achieved PTD/ YTD basis.
Ø Monitor and report the competitor’s activity in the market
Ø Responsibility also includes implementation of promotions and display arrangements.
Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
