How you will create impact:
- Perform the entry of new business, renewals or endorsements into the system through Bordereaux upload or manual entry as required.
- Reviewing and validating data for accuracy and completing test runs to identify and resolve errors that may occur before uploading data into production environments.
- Consulting with brokers or underwriters when we require additional information or when there are concerns with bordereaux data.
- Investigating all accounting or bordereaux premium discrepancies, resolve or escalate as needed.
- Maintaining effective relationships and portray a professional image with co-workers and industry contacts.

- You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable using pivot tables, formulas, etc.
- Your skills include attention to detail, accuracy and pride in quality of work.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Having previous Commercial Insurance experience an asset.

- Detail oriented work that requires a high degree of mental concentration for extended periods of time.
- You may provide support to clients who are experiencing a personal or financial loss. A high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required.
