Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the tutee to develop a tutoring plan that fits the student’s individual needs.
- Review course content, explain how to solve problems, and help prepare for a test.
- Ensure a friendly and productive learning environment.
- Prepare lessons and assign and correct homework.
- Evaluate students' progress and discuss the results with students and/or their parents.
- Identify students’ individual learning needs.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in the language in which the course should be taught.
- Excellent communication skills - You need to communicate in person and in writing with students and their parents.
- Able to present lessons, explain rules, and encourage discussion.
- Able to encourage and motivate students and communicate their progress to parents.
Compensation
For online sessions: 55 AED per hour + up to 18 AED per hour loyalty bonus
For in-person sessions: Up to 80 AED per hour + up to 18 AED per hour loyalty bonus
