We are excited to be partnering with our client who is a leading Education provider located in Melbourne's inner suburbs, in assisting them with finding their next HR Coordinator.
About the role
Employing over 400 staff, this is an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist with a minimum of 3 years experience, looking to provide high quality HR advice to managers and staff across the campus and assisting with facilitating and implementing HR strategies, policies and guidelines.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited too:
- General HR operations and support
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Partnering with Managers and Staff and providing accurate and timely HR support and advice
- Policy and procedure development
- Assisting with Employee Relations matters
- HRIS development, administration and reporting
- Ad hoc support on HR projects and initiative

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Degree qualified or similar
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR position
- Previous experience in coordinating all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes
- An understanding of legislative and industrial relations requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A passion for building strong stakeholder relationships
- An interest in improving and developing HR processes and systems
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
