HR Assistant -training and Development

  1. Conducts job evaluation surveys to meet the gap of the skills development and learning needs of employees;
  2. Coordinate with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess learning and development needs;
  3. Delivers and oversee the learning needs of individuals or groups of employees every month and conduct evaluation on the results of learnings and seminars and monitors the progress of employees based on their action plan submitted.

  4. Complies records of learnings and seminars and certificates of employees and update their 201 file and records in the system.

  5. Create and maintain updated records of all employees’ learnings attended and create a career development path of employees based on their learnings and performance.

  6. Ensures that employees receive statutorily required learning from the beginning of official employment in BUPHARCO.

  7. Designs and assess learning programs of all employees, keep individual development plans of all employees and learning need analysis records.

  8. Actively searches for new learning and development to employees creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance of employees.

  9. Administers spending against the departmental budget;

  10. Obtains and /or develops effective learning materials utilizing a variety of media;
  11. Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of learning and development events and resources;
  12. Conducts follow-up studies of all completed learnings to evaluate and measure results;
  13. Coordinates with the speakers in house and outsourced and conducts the learning programs monthly.

  14. Handles sensitive and confidential information pertaining to records of employee’s learning and development.

  15. Conducts quarterly, semi-annual and annual evaluation of the performance of employees to assess their learning needs.

  16. Participates in the Coop’s social accountability activities such as tree planting, feeding the program, and medical missions.


Salary: From Php11,000.00 per month
