Responsible for daily repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance of the various facilities under their domain.
- Ensure all maintenance operations are completed while taking care of things such as building maintenance, planning maintenance, and work orders.
- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
- To Maintain Electricity Power, Lighting, Plumbing System, Company Fire Fighting System, NHE equipment, PABX & keyphone system, and Office & Warehouse Cold Room air condition.
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM6,645.76 per month
