Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency
- Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, recovery, and security/performance monitoring
- Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
- Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience as DevOps engineer
- Experience with maintaining and deploying highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
- Strong experience with AWS or any other cloud platform
- Strong experience with containers (Docker, Compose, ECS, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with various managed and self-hosted CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Travis, Drone, Mule, Spinnaker)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Circle CI
- Strong experience with version control system experience (e.g. Git)
- Strong experience with SQL RDBMS experience (e.g. Postgres)
- Experience with NoSQL experience (e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
- Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube
- Experience with artifact servers
