Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking Apprentice & Journeyman Instrumentation Technicians for current and upcoming long-term maintenance and construction projects with our Drumheller shop. Both local and LOA based opportunities are available at this time.
Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas construction and maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time industrial projects with well-established and reputable clients.
Requirements:
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Instrument Apprentice, OR
- Journeyman Instrument Certificate
- _ Willing to accept applicants interested in becoming indentured in the trade_
- Previous instrumentation construction experience working within the Industrial Oil & Gas sector is an asset, but not required
- Must have a flexible work schedule - shift work, overtime, and weekends
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work out of town in camp or LOA based accommodations
