WHO WE ARE
MAINTAIN are Resource Specialists, specialising in outsourced Planning, Recruitment and Shutdown Logistics for our clients as well as Labour Hire and Temporary Staffing solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a suitably experienced
SHUTDOWN LOGISTICS OFFICER to join our clients team who are specialists in their field. You will be technically astute, able to grasp the purpose of the support and how it applies to the guys on the ground, physically fit, reliable and adaptable to the situations their clients throw at you.
With sound communication and coordination skills, you will be the central point of contact for mobilising personnel on FIFO rosters and shutdown requirements from Perth, across the Pilbara.
THE ESSENTIALS
Solid capability in coordinating and processing high volume resource, accommodation and flight requirements.
Solutions based problem solver
Detail orientated - accuracy & efficiency is key!
Ability to engage with all levels of Management, Supervision and fellow workforce
Have a calm and proactive approach
Take a "one team" approach to your work
Physically and mentally capable of working what is sometimes a very tasking day.
Ability to work from our office from 7.30am - 3.30pm (some flexibility available once proven!)
- Legally able to start work immediately in Australia (notice period accepted)
- Australian recognised trade or skill qualification (if applicable)
- Current driver's licence
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing AS4308 Laboratory Drug & Alcohol screenings.
YOUR CREDENTIALS
Previous experince in a Planning, Shutdown Logistics, Mobilisation style role within the FIFO mining industry.
