The Role
We have created a brand-new international role to focus on brand and marketing to our merchants and platform clients based internationally. As Global Brand & Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the branding, marketing engagement and communications for the organization across different geographies - which includes platform clients and direct with merchants.
This role is responsible for brand management and B2B marketing. You will need to maintain our brand vision and translate them into compelling brand stories and communications across different marketing channels. You will also need to drive and develop end-to-end, scalable marketing content and initiatives to increase revenue spending within the existing client base, reduce churn and increase loyalty.
Reporting to the Director of Global Brand & Marketing, working hand in hand with Accounts, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and extended Marketing teams, you will be identifying opportunities and crafting engaging content and effective messaging that resonate with our clients and merchants internationally - key markets including but not limited to UK, Europe, Asia and more.
What you will be doing
- Ensure our global brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, brand resources and brand trainings are fit for purpose, well-maintained and accessible.
- Hands on creation, oversee and coordinate across internal teams and where applicable, external agencies on the development, design and production of creative assets and content.
- Drive and implement the B2B brand and marketing activities for international markets - such as UK, Thailand, Vietnam to drive awareness, usage, expansion, cross-selling, reduce churn and achieve revenue growth targets. These may include events, campaigns, digital and print marketing communications by market needs.
- Drive brand awareness, merchant engagement and usage of our direct to merchant Mobile App and merchant solution (in UK)
- Drive creation of use cases, content and marketing initiatives for platform clients across emerging Asia and European markets
- Frequent tracking and measuring performance, creating and sharing brand, competitors and domain insights
- Being an advocate for the voice of the clients by building a deep understanding of our clients in each market to ensure their needs are well represented in the product
About You
- Hands on with experience in leading and developing brand and marketing initiatives from strategy, insights, ideation, planning, and managing execution end to end.
- Understanding of how to identify marketing opportunities within an existing client base.
- A customer-centric focus with proven results in achieving superb customer communication and user experience that drives revenue growth.
- Strong customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business.
- Strong project management and communication skills to lead and influence multiple stakeholders to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Outstanding organisational, problem solving, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities.
- Analytical skills with tools experience including (or similar to) Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Google Suite, ClickUp, Slack.
- Managerial and leadership qualities to lead and build a strong team.
- Experience working with a globally dispersed team is advantageous, especially in payments or fintech industry.
- 5+ years of working experience in similar roles.
