ABOUT THIS TEAM
We are the Global Sourcing Department. We manage the relationship with our apparel & accessories vendors & ensure that lululemon has best in the world manufacturers. We work cross-functionally across the entire product team to ensure product meets our business strategy, quality & cost goals. We then work with our vendors to make those products a reality.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Sourcing Analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager, Sourcing - Accessories who leads and develops the team of Sourcing professionals that manage the product level sourcing activities.

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of accurate Sourcing data in our systems
  • Owning information that is required for delivery of our vendor allocations and buy processes
  • Track all GTM (Go-to-Market) Calendar by whens and ensure that all sourcing seasonal calendar timelines are met
  • Partner with our LLO partners on completion of costing data to ensure accuracy of IMU reporting
  • Serve as a key point of contact to support with provided needed information or answering questions from our cross-functional teams such as Design, Merch, PD, Quality and LLO departments
  • Support delivery of seasonal communication to our vendor partners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years industry experience in Costing and/or Sourcing (preferably in Retail industry)
  • Knowledge of product creation calendar timelines and able to work against deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook), advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Passion for data analytics with ability to analyze and monitor product margins
  • Proficiency in BOM cost breakdowns
  • Working knowledge of PLM software desirable
  • Experience working with manufacturers across Asia, Americas, and Europe
