We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to begin immediately
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Greet clients, visitors and guests as they enter the office
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Provide initial level of customer support and assistance
- Answer daily telephone calls and transfer calls
Office Administration
- Set up and maintain hard copy and computerized information filing systems
- Assist in the organisation of meetings and company events
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Process bill payments and government remittances
- Deposit and banking reconciliation
- Accounts receivable functions
- Payroll and select HR functions
- Operational Support_
- Maintain a pleasing and tidy office environment
- Assist in maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies

- Assist professional team as required
- Proofreading and assembly of client deliverables
- Provide additional basic administrative duties as required
- Other projects or related-work as assigned
CORE OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent customer service skills, friendliness and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to take initiative and do research
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, familiarity with Quickbooks or other accounting software
- Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge/experience in the accounting or finance sector is considered an asset
Salary: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
