JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can handle testing/troubleshooting for Access Points, Outdoor and Indoor CPE's, CCTV/DVR/NVR, Biometrics devices, and other IT hardware products
- Must use company system software for recording incoming and outgoing RMA items and properly record daily activities
- Training junior IT personnel, providing on-site or remote or technical support, and preparing user guides
- Maintains a clear record/summary of items assigned
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Technical Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years experience with configuration, installation and troubleshooting of the following devices but not limited to (Windows Server, Manageable Switches, Access Points, Wireless Routers, CCTV/DVR/NVR, Biometrics, Time Attendance, Video Intercom and the likes)
- Proficient with Server OS and Office Suites
- Familiar with VLAN settings, subnetting, and L2 switches is a plus
- With experience in networking (TCP/IP) and networking installation is required
- Knows how to use softwares such as Zoom, Anydesk/Teamviewer, IVMS-4200, ZKBiotime, ZKTime.net

- 8 hour shift

- Cubao Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
