About the job
The Recruiting Specialist will provide integrated Human Resources services to appropriate groups ensuring that people-related issues are managed effectively. Also provide direct HR support to typically 1 or more client teams or entities or geographies of low complexity and or 800-1000 supervised people.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
Minimum qualifications:
Education: Information Technology (Preferably), Postgraduate Human Resources Degree or related experience
Work Experience: Minimum 3+ years; Maximum 8 years HR Related work experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
- Experience managing multiple client groups and senior stakeholders.
- Preferred understanding of: the company's business objectives and organizational structure, recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, pipeline management and yield analysis, external marketplace/trends, recruiting tools, recruiting resource and marketing plan and selling messages for each organization
- Solid interviewing skills
- Analytical skills and data analysis experience
- Ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner individually and through others.
