The Opportunity
Silk Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time experienced Team Leader to join our Lytton operation.
Day shift: 9:00 am start
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Organising daily tasks to complete the day for your direct team
- Be able to work autonomously
- Providing support and training for direct team members
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to within the operation
- Report any hazard and near misses or unsafe behaviours
- Providing superior customer service for designated key contacts
Who are you?
- Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Certificate II or III in logistics / supply chain (Desirable)
- Previous experience managing high performing teams
- Strong communication skills with an ability to talk to different stakeholders
- A proven safety first approach above all else

Salary: $67,571.92 - $70,000.00 per year
