Admin Assistant - Aus Time

Position: Admin Assistant

Number of hours: 10 hrs/week

Schedule: Flexible to AUS time

Tasks required:

  • Appointment setting
  • Organize clients’ personal business calendar
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Research and create presentations as assigned
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Onboarding clients or vendors
  • Help set up new agents or clients
  • Perform additional tasks or projects assigned

Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or any relevant role
  • Excellent noting and typing skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication and phone skills
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction

Expertise and training on the following tools when needed will be provided:

  • MS Office
  • Google Suite
  • Social Media
  • Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, Google Meet, and other meeting platforms required

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
