Effectively manage regional PR agency in the Middle East and help to manage global Huda Beauty PR teams in partnership with the Global PR Director ensuring the regional and global approach and execution are in line with our global strategy
Collaborative work ethic and ability to identify appropriate internal teams to generate 360 marketing campaigns supported by strategically sound communication plans
Support Global PR Director to develop and execute global and regional PR strategies to grow the brand according to business objectives; Proactively suggest creative ideas that will bring in revenue for the company
A comprehensive knowledge of the Huda Beauty brand portfolio, including the personal profiles of Huda and Mona Kattan
Plan and execute large-scale PR events, speaking opportuntities and personal appearances with various retailers and key media partners
Understand various communication platforms and mediums to to suggest the correct channels and platforms to reach target audiences and influencers; Understand the similarities and differences between traditional, online and social media
Maintain the quality and accuracy of written work sent on behalf of the brand. This includes drafting meeting agendas, status reports, weekly and monthly reports, any external documents, press releases, media alerts, briefing documents, company statements and media Q&As
Manage any press enquiries for the company and confidently sell-in complex stories to journalists with the ability to tailor a media story to the agenda and style of different media outlets
Exceptional relationship-building skills and charisma. Identify and contact key global media, industry professionals and influencers to foster a global network of contacts
Support and manage press box production process with internal teams
Understand basic SEO principles as it relates to optimizing press releases and coverage
Track and analyze global PR coverage in various markets to identify opportunity and/or improvement
