As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the CEO (new business). Key Job Responsibilities: -Providing administrative assistance to CEO such as clerical and logistics tasks. -Arranging CEO’s international & domestic business trips (especially under the complexity of Covid-19 situation). -Managing CEO’s day-to-day schedule including making appointments and prioritizing the most important matters. -Organizing team meetings including scheduling, gathering members, sending reminders. -Supporting CEO to build and develop employee engagement program in coordination with People team. -Preparing CEO’s regular internal communications to employees and working closely with relevant stakeholders (People team & PR team) on internal communications initiatives. -Managing CEO’s social media accounts such as Linkedin. -Supporting CEO to develop and nurture network with decision makers of top partners in e-commerce eco-system. -Other supports when needed. -Other ad hoc duties as assigned, not limited to duties above. Duties may vary immensely based on senior management’s needs.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: -Problem-solving and result-driven mindset. -Excellent verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills. -Working experience in multinational/cross-cultural environment is preferred. -Proactive approach, can-do attitude. -Organization and analysis mindset. -Strong ability to adapt. -Good relationship and strong network with top companies. -Outstanding communications in both Spanish and English.
