Responsibilities for Business Analyst

  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
  • Financial modeling, variance analysis and set pricing for the products and services.
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes.
  • Define business requirements and report them back to stakeholders.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product / Project team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product / project team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
  • Monetization analyst to identify the scope, opportunities and value of monetization schemes.
  • Incentification schemes for business stakeholders for product market fit and market strategy.
  • In this role you will deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets.
  • Support the overall pricing of each product and its service items to launch in the market.
  • Define OKRs and roadmap for the initiatives and experiments.
  • Plan and perform AB experiments and track and analyze the results.
  • Work closely with IT Business systems analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions. Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge in generating process documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Experience working with senior decision makers.
  • Provence analytical background and advanced excel skills.
  • Demonstrate a proven understanding of business processes re-engineering.
  • Business analysis techniques such as process modeling, root cause analysis, data modeling, process mapping and traceability are very desirable.
  • Strong skills in customer centric business revenue modeling.
