Content Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:
As a Content Marketing Specialist you are responsible for premium content development and building content partnerships in the EMEA region.

The focus of your work is on the following areas:
Content Strategy & Planning

  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement and loyalty, long-term
  • Co-develop the content marketing strategy for the EMEA region
  • Establish an editorial content planning tool to ensure continuous storytelling and coordination

Content Creation

  • Create content (copy writing) for social and owned media, including PR, magazine features/synopsis in English language
  • Take responsibility for delivering customer experience journeys through reference cases (Q-SYS & partners), starting with conceptualization, realization (together with the creative team) as well as success evaluation
  • Collaborate with and orchestrate content owners across the Q-SYS organization, and associated Q-SYS partners
  • Identify external thought-leaders in the EMEA region and build an associated “expert network” to continuously generate value-added content

Content Dissemination & Evaluation

  • Support the definition of target audiences and the creation of LinkedIn campaigns
  • Enable content sharing within the Q-SYS organization, ensure dissemination via owned media.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the success of all channels regarding defined KPIs
  • Coordinating with the marketing, design, and other writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments

Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • Proven editorial writing skills with an affinity for professional technologies which could include IT, software, audio and video, applied to various vertical markets, like corporations, higher-education, themed entertainment
  • Enjoys grasping complex issues and formulating them in an easy-to-understand written form (storytelling)
  • Degree with a focus on marketing/communications/PR - or comparable training
  • Excellent English language skills, another European foreign language is an advantage
