A fantastic opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst has arose with an evolving financial services company based in Newport. Within this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Product, and you will work with stakeholders across all functions to deliver change initiatives in line with the company road map. You'll be shaping business improvements and driving tangible outcomes.With one eye on continuous improvement, you'll thrive on solving problems and delivering results to set the business up for success.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Actively engage with business stakeholders, customers and users to discover pain points
- Identify value, drive change, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Analyse, design, and improve processes to enable the business to achieve its objectives
- Facilitate Requirements Discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Backlog Refinement, shaping requirements for identifiable improvements
- Work closely with delivery and testing teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives
- Vendor Relationship Management

- Backlog refinement, epics, and storyboards
- Software development methods
- Process mapping
- Microsoft Dynamics exposure
- Strong, clear, and concise Communicator
