Our client is urgently looking for the expertise of a Maintenance Planner Assistant to join their team.

This position is in Boekenhout (Cullinan), so travelling costs should be taken into account (someone residing in Cullinan / Rayton / Northern suburbs of Pretoria will be ideal)

This is an office bound position.

Job Purpose

Assist Maintenance Planner with administration of the Maintenance functions including the CMMS system (Pragma), Safety, procurement, stores, and company QMS.

Output:
CMMS (Pragma)

  • Creating Job cards on CMMS
  • Planning of maintenance job cards to be carried out
  • Ensuring that preventative maintenance job cards are generated
  • Feedback to other departments regarding outstanding job cards
  • Allocating job cards
  • “Housekeeping” of the CMMS system

Safety

  • Ensuring Contractors safety files are up to date
  • Support the safety department by ensuring that all maintenance checks are completed and handed in on time
  • Track Safety inspections that need to be carried out

Procurement

  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Generating PR’s and PO’s
  • Processing invoices

Stores

  • Stand in when storeman is absent
  • Stock take

General

  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Generating PR’s and PO’s
  • Processing invoices

SHEQ

  • Ensure acceptable personal hygiene of all staff at all times.
  • Manage correct use of PPE at all times.
  • Process and product hygiene standards maintained at all times.
  • All duties are performed according to the Cavalier group OHS guidelines and procedures.

Qualification details
- Grade 12

Experience
- 3 - 5 years’ office administration experience is required

Working hours
- Monday to Friday from 07h00 - 16h30

Salary:

  • R 12,000 CTC per month (NO FEEDBACK WILL BE GIVEN ON CV’S IF THE CANDIDATE’S SALARY EXPECTATION AS WELL AS MOST RECENT PAYSLIP IS NOT INCLUDED)
  • This is a TCTC package - no additional benefits
  • Discretionary bonus - depending on performance
