Responsibilities:
- Develop test planning & strategy based on project requirements and schedule
- Conduct tests with appropriate techniques and document testing failures
- Analyze defects and identify the root cause
- Provide comprehensive reports to software developers
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as a group.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Consistently identifies, communicates, and implements improvement opportunities.
