1.3. Develop Learning Modules & become trainer of certain training modules

1. Nurturing Learning Culture Initiatives within the company for optimizing organizational learning

2. Become Learning Partner for other functions, unit, and management

3. Integrate Development Program Strategy with People Development Mapping
