Manage the overall operation of the dealership.
- Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support.
- Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects.
- Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
- Establishes sales territories & quotas.
- Seeks out and establishes new accounts.
- Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates and customers.
- Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
- Parts & Service Management
- Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
- Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes.
- Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Required skill(s): sales, marketing, automotive, operations management, leadership, driving.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Assistant Managers / Managers Experienced Employees specializing in Business Operations, Automotive / Corporate Sales or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Rosario, La Union.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Business Management / Corporate Sales: 6 years (preferred)
- Automotive Industry: 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
