Oversees the planning and delivery of all construction projects
- Can handle multiple projects:
- Can handle coordination and monitoring of these projects
- in charge of planning, budgeting, and reporting to the Principal Architect
Can do project costing/estimation:
Can handle junior site engineers and coordinate with them about the projects they are handling
- Has good leadership, is a team player, and has good communication skills
- Has 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Project Manager
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
