Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc., A company engaged in establishments, operation and management of lodging and dining places is currently in need of Food and Beverage Attendant who will oversee wide range of tasks on a F&B set-up. Tasks includes serving, manning of entrance and other side tasks related to the operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service through greeting customers and properly taking their orders for food and beverage items.
- Greet and attends to the guests as soon as they arrive in the store. Be the front liner for customer’s concerns and questions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through provision of excellent service, as well as to respond to customer complaints and resolve or delegate problems in an efficient manner
- Clean and maintain order to the dining area pre and post operations
- Provide support to the whole operations team, ensuring food supplies and other equipment are sufficient
- Reviews food order slips and makes sure it is delivered properly
- Perform other tasks as related to the operations
Qualifications:
- Has relative working experience as a food attendant
- Enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills and a team player
- Knows how to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent ability to multitask and be organized at the same time
- Can work on a night schedule, on extended time
Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
