Key Objectives
Solid experience in managing real estate business, products & services, facility & asset management, leasing and strong document control in Real Estate & Hospitality industry.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior level in the Real Estate & Hospitality industry with strong exposure to Leasing / Facility Management & new project development activities. He should have vast experience in managing real estate business, products & services, facility with strong leadership and convincing, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Solid experience in Identification, surveying, appraising and acquiring of new suitable sites for development of properties.
- Strong experience in new project studies, budgets and investment feasibilities.
- Analysis of market conditions and preparation of leasing strategies and implementation of best practices in documentations/ contracts / procedures relating to leasing.
- Understanding the property management requirements relating to facilities and implement best practices & procedures for Facility Management.
- Effective and professional communication skills in Arabic can be plus.
