Insight are looking for an individual, based out of Sheffield to join our cloud acceleration team as a CSP business analyst

The CSP Business Analyst works closely alongside internal teams within Insight to contribute to a better understanding of how to engage with customers, provide support for internal teams to understand the customer base, to create and deliver actionable insight, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in order to ensure that Insight delivers the optimal client experience across EMEA, and drives Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Someone who can pick things up quickly, has knowledge around Excel or SQL and would like to build their skills and knowledge around data entry and analysis would be well suited for this role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and provide deep understanding of Cloud/CSP Customer data during whole Customer Lifecycle (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
  • Proactively reduce errors in data quality during system entry, validation, and processing
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profitability, and affiliated reporting
  • Supporting with the migration of clients onto our system and dealing with account switch tickets
  • Support the Programs & Platform team with data and day-to-day queries
  • Endeavour to continuously enhance existing data in order to provide deeper business and customer centric insights.

Skills desired:

  • Fully confident in using the Microsoft office suite, especially a high level in using Excel
  • Knowledge around SQL desirable
  • Coachable and willingness to learn new things
  • Can pick new systems and processes up quickly
  • Ability to build and establish cooperative working relationships
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with managers and senior members across the organisation as well as external stakeholders
  • Any experience with data entry or analysis a bonus
