Qualifications:
- CCNA / CCNP Certification
- At least 1-year relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Install, Configure and Administer network devices such as switches/routers/firewall/proxy.
- Management and maintenance of day-to-day operations of all network-related systems to ensure the quality of service
- Provide support for Wireless / VOIP / Video Conferencing and other related equipment.
- Manage VPN connections and tunneling.
- Escalate faults as required and work effectively with ISP vendor as needed.
- Assist with ongoing development or related to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain network infrastructure documents.
- Provide on-shore/off-shore support for internal and external clients in a Windows machine Environment
- Will be required to provide Service Desk/Helpdesk support.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
