FUNCTIONS: What are you going to do as a tech-company CEO? As the CEO of an innovative company in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector, you will lead the definition and implementation of the business strategy, manage a talented team of people, define and execute a commercial plan to grow and scale up the company, positioning it as a reference in the SaaS market internationally. Your success in this mission will be based on the following roles and contributions: Go-to-market Define the product strategy aligned with the organization's business plan. Design a product roadmap and make sure things happen under a profitable scenario. Lead the Go-to-market strategy, identifying new business opportunities Develop a partner ecosystem with tech & industrial players who can help to accelerate our go-to-market strategy. You are expected to build solid alliances with key players. Build a customer-oriented organization, creating personalized processes and outstanding high business value and benefits for our potential customers. Team Management Manage and lead the corporate team, building an aligned structure, clear roles and responsibilities, and a motivating environment. Inspire the team and believe in the product. Build relationships with the different stakeholders, building a trustworthy organization, in which feedback, data, and communication are key for success. Corporate Operations / Investors Analyze metrics and data, define and reach KPIs, and be ready to share results with stakeholders. Prepare and present business models and reports to potential investors, outstanding the organization’s vision and roadmap. Be up-to-date with the changing market, be agile and open to new ideas, and always ensure the company’s survival and growth. Manage direct sales with target customers. Monitor and supervise accounting processes, understanding and analyzing balance sheets, P&L models, accounting books, Excel spreadsheets... Lead end-to-end process to deliver investment rounds. We are looking for this type of profile: Previous experience (+5 years) as a General Manager or CEO, involved in your company´s growth. Telecom or computing engineer with +8 years of experience facing complex technology challenges. Entrepreneur spirit who is up to strategizing, designing strategic plans, go-to-market, and elaborating financial plans. Understand the potential of IoT and empower it. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar. Highly valuable MBA or similar. Excellent level of English and Spanish. But you will stand out if additionally youAre proactive, autonomous, resolutive, and analytical profile. Have an understanding of technology’s impact in disrupting some industrial verticals; Impact of industrial 5G, Edge Computing, IoTUnderstand hardware/software complexities and development.
