- The operations in Sandoz Germany include approx. 2000 employees, incl. Commercial organization, Biosimilars and the respective labs, Product Development, Sandoz Technical Operations mfg. sites, Global Drug Development (GDD), QA +, and CTS supporting Sandoz exclusively and Sandoz International.Your key responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate the strategic agenda of the country Operations beyond the Commercial ones
  • Translate the strategy into strategic priorities, ensure clarity, and alignment on program strategy, confirming major milestones at program level
  • Oversee strategic initiatives and projects from development to successful execution in strong collaboration with the leadership team, incl. support functions
  • Assist, communicate, and foster collaboration within the leadership team in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation.
  • Engage with executive bodies, preparing and developing content.
  • Create and maintain cross-functional relationships to facilitate strategic priorities
  • Establish and manage robust governance for the program to ensure an effective execution monitoring framework
  • Provide transparency into challenges, risks and issues at a program level, ensuring appropriate remediation and/or course correction
  • Proactively manage performance of the transformation program, including dependencies across units and / or regional level
  • Ensure robust change management and communications throughout the program, close collaboration and influencing the change managers to maximise operational stability, business continuity and stakeholder engagement
  • Short term focus on the overall transition in Germany and Region Europe, during the Sandoz spin-off preparation, collaborating closely with other global / regional workstreams and act as link to the Sandoz Germany organization
  • Set-up strong relationships and stakeholders alignment among the legal entities and different divisions across Sandoz Germany

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University Degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in PMO; demonstrate extensive experience leading PMOs on large complex projects
  • Strong consultancy background and experience in driving organizational change projects (2-3 years); proven success in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills; extensive experience collaborating with Executive/Senior Leaders; ability to influence others (e.g. Sr. leadership) and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Understanding of Enterprise and proven ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a global matrix environment, flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrate Applied Business Insights
  • Initiative and out of the box thinking to solve for business challenges
  • A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
