Our Client in the telecommunication industry is looking for customer service agents with a customer service background to join their organisation.
Responsibilities
1.Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.
2.Resolving any queries regarding products or services.
3.Following-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.
4.Maintain current knowledge of products, programs, processes and policies.
5.Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements

- Clear criminal record
- 6 months customer service experience
Salary: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
