We are looking for a Management Development Consultant to join our SA team, where you will be responsible for all aspects of design, delivery, evaluation and embedding of the Webhelp management and leadership development programmes across the UK region.

We need someone who is passionate about effective communication, someone with the ability to develop and nurture key relationships with stakeholders. Working from the comfort of your home, (or wherever you choose!) you’ll need to be excellent at time management and methodologic in your work. We want someone self-motivated with a creative approach to solution-finding and problem solving.
If you can adapt to an ever growing, fast paced environment, have a contagiously positive attitude when faced with problems and can juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of priority then this could be your fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, delivering and implementing internationally recognised management and leadership development initiatives
- Delivering management and leadership development initiatives with an understanding of how they are applied in different environments through varied delivery and blended learning methodologies
- Designing and developing effective distant learning materials and modules
- Taking a consultative approach to building relationships with key senior stakeholders and Heads of Business to ensure development initiatives are suitable and embedded in the organisation
What you’ll need
- Significant management and leadership development experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Ability to influence, motivate, engage and build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with excellent written, verbal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a varied workload without losing sight of priorities
- Proven experience of self-motivation and independent working
- Ability to problem solve and create appropriate solutions
- Experience in LMS platforms and e-learning, designing and developing learning materials for use in face-to-face, blended and or distant learning
- Contact centre experience (Desirable)
