JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensures that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly.
Ensures that employees' workstations can successfully connect to networks and access business-critical data at all times. Configures network security settings and connects peripheral devices, like printers, scanners, and biometrics devices used by multiple users.
Installs programs, configure networks and databases and assists end-users.
Provides support to daily IT related concerns (troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance).
Plans company hardware/software upgrades for overall system improvement/efficiency. Identifies new hardware or software issues and works with users or on the back end of servers to quickly resolve those issues and prevent delays. Prepares reports on hardware and software issues

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Has at least three (3) years of work experience in the related field specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Visual Basic; MS SQL Server; UNIX; Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office
Knowledge in SAP B1 technical support, an advantage
Knows Firewall configuration (SOPHOS)
Detail-oriented, organized and hardworking
With strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
With good communication ability, both written and verbal.
Can work well under pressure.
Has the ability to handle sensitive information and with solid work ethics
Willing to work in Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City, Greenhills, San Juan and do fieldwork in other work locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
