Job Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Replacing equipment as necessary.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Work continuously on task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
- Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and advising on the solution.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
Requirements:

- Assist and reports to IT Manager
- No Work From Home Schedule
- Willing to work on-site from Monday to Saturday schedule.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure PC and Laptop
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN network
- Willing to work in Meycauayan Bulacan
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
