Copy edit assigned content for accuracy of facts, figures, and other types of information; for clarity and coherence of thought, appropriateness of content, vocabulary, grammar, and syntax
- Review, revise, and counter check assigned works for accuracy and consistency; check format consistency, rewrite text, supply lacking parts to make the materials readable and comprehensible
- Write assigned content as required
- Check/evaluate correctness, appropriateness, and suitability of the photos, graphs, maps, illustrations and various artworks used in projects
- Deliver assigned works on or before designated deadlines
- Report to the Publisher and designated representatives in accordance with applicable Publisher policies and procedures
- Attend/ conduct/ initiate meetings with the Editorial Team related to the progress and other details of the book in coordination with the Managing Editor (ME)
- Perform other editorial and translation tasks as may be assigned
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
