What Role Will You Play?

As the Recruiter/ HR Analyst at TSYS, you would:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to conduct interviews, present offer letters, creating job requisitions, and provide frequent status updates through reporting.
  • Promote TSYS through hosting and attending hiring events
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Administer benefit and RRSP paperwork
  • Provide support to the training and development team.

Who You Are:

  • College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and some experience using an HRIS system.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and practices within the legal and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2 Years of relevant experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or Recruitment considered an asset
  • CHRP, CHRIL, or RPR considered an asset
  • Bilingual is considered an asset but not necessary
