Real Estate Office Administrator

Key Functions and Objectives:
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors and real estate associates
  • Collecting and managing mail, courier drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Processing listings & amendments
  • Ordering documents from LTSA and BCOnline
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Assisting with the transition activities related to the real estate associates
  • Coordinating bookings of boardrooms and setup for meetings
  • Supporting banking and accounting activities
  • Supporting marketing activities
  • Supporting the management team in administrative tasks
  • Performing other duties where required

Experience:

  • Previous customer service / receptionist experience is required
  • Previous real estate experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Lone Wolf Back Office is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Transaction Desk is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Paragon MLS system is a bonus
  • Working knowledge of LTSA & BC Online is a bonus

Schedule:
7.5-hour shift, Monday to Friday
