Ø Entry of Accounts Payable

Ø Entry of Accounts Receivable (possible split duty with other accounting staff)

Ø Credit card reconciliations

Ø Attending to walk-in clients and other visitors

Ø Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personelle

Ø Entry of credit card receipts

Ø Filing and file maintenance for accounting, job, health & safety & company policies

Ø Timesheet and vehicle inspection reminders weekly

Ø Accounts receivable collections activities and related management reporting

Ø Setup new employees for various electronic and manual documentation

Ø Assist James with creation and amendments of new and current policies

Ø Assiting Project Manager with filing of project Notices, monitoring and maintaining safety records on projects, etc.

Ø Requesting insurance certificates from insurance broker

Ø Maintaining and ordering office supplies/printer toner

Ø Office printer troubleshooting

Ø Weekly time entry synching into QuickBooks for field staff

Ø Processing and recording credit card payments from customers

Ø Receiving and distributing mail

Ø Assisting with month end and year end activities

Ø Organizing Christmas Party and other team building events

Ø Sending birthday cards to employees

Ø Assist with preparations for trade shows

Experience:
QB: 1 Year (required)

Bookkeeping: 1 Year (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
