Job Advert Summary:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Inventory / Warehouse experience( Minimum of 2 years experience )
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook)
- SAP ERP
- K53 Driver's license
- Be able to operate and overhead crane and a forklift ( Competency certificate is required ( Active or expired))
Primary Duties:
- Issuing and receiving of inventory items
- Stacking and organising of items
- Stock talking ( Periodic, Ad - hoc, as and when required )
- Sound stores administrative skills
- Software system SAP and Manual Systems
- Delivering exceptional services for improved customer satisfaction
- Good Coomunication skills
- Meticulous in all activities ( issuing/receiving/stock takes )
- Daily reporting
- Enforcing in store security and compliance to OSH Act/ Rand Water SHEQ systems and regulations
- Quality inspection of inventory items
Knowledge:
- Safety and safe working procedures
- Computerized material ( SAP) handling enviroment.
