  • Together you will provide ‘world class’ experiences for our guests to ensure that when they travel, they don’t book a ‘hotel,’ they book a ‘Bob’
  • Create an engaging & happy led culture for your team
  • Coach and train your team to upskill and develop them to be future leaders for Bob and to support our ambitious growth
  • Recruiting, inducting, and training new members to your team and collaborating on inductions across the wider business
  • Be available, transparent, and ready to rock & roll for your team when required
    **You will be leading our opening in a new market for Bob, Florence




  • Establish, improve & implement Bob’s standard operating procedures
  • Own all Health & Safety compliance including property maintenance and audits
  • Lead property enhancement & PPM maintenance projects
  • Ownership of property P&L including forecasting for future terms
  • Challenge convention, yourself, and our teams to recognise best practices and future sales opportunities
    ** Our existing pipeline includes three new properties in Italy




  • Own our online reputation management and advise on customer journey enhancement opportunities from review analysis
  • Own housekeeping partnership and ensure standards are kept ‘tiptop’ for our ‘ridiculously clean’ promise to our guests
  • Introduce and source partners for our existing and future properties
  • Collaborate with our growth team to maximise our occupancy, ADRs and contribute ideas for growth opportunities
    ** We work with 30+ partners and counting across Europe
